The lot is private and peaceful but there is quick and easy
road acccess to nearby communities including:
Gananoque - 15 minutes west
Brockville - 15 minutes east
Kingston - 30 minutes west
Toronto - 2.5 hours
Montreal - 2.5 hours
Ottawa - 1.25 hours
Syracuse NY - 2 hours
Shopping - A corner store is located within a kilometer of the cottage.
Brockville and Gananoque are nearby.
Casino - The 1000 Island Charity Casino is located within a ten to fifteen minute drive.
It has slot machines and a full range of gambling.
Boating - This area is ideal for cottagers who own their own boat or who
plan to rent a boat. Great
beaches, parks, fishing, sightseeing, waterskiing and wake board is all available when
you have access to a boat.
Biking - A paved bike path is separated by a grass area from the 1000 Island
Parkway. It runs from just outside Brockville to Gananoque.

U.S. Access - The Ivy Lea bridge to the United States is located within a five minute
drive of the cottage.
Restaurants - Located within five minutes of Rockport. Many restaurants are located in Gananoque
and Brockville a very short distance away. Alexandria Bay N.Y. is also close at hand by boat
or car.
Road Access - The cottage is a kilometer away from the 1000 Island Parkway. The 1.5 kilometer
Kerry Point road is a dead end road used mostly by the people who have cottages on it.
